Hulu is holding out with the app. Apple gave them a lot of hoops to jump through and Hulu determined if they have to go through the ridiculous Apple can pay them.
Of course apple wasn't to happy with this. Steve Jobs obviously said Apple will not pay.
And with that Google and a few others are jumping on the bandwagon and creating a price war for Hulu's app. Oh, by the way, Apple is now interested even though they would have to pay.
